The hotel is exceptionally clean and has pretty friendly staff. The setting is good, right by tourist sights, restaurants, fairly nice area. Toulouse City-Centre district certainly deserves to be visited.

Greatly enjoyed how perfect the property was. Its location very near to city center was absolutely perfect and comfy. And we where just off restaurants, the centre of Toulouse, and supermarket and eartery.

Nice little hotel located just off the historic city center of Toulouse. Amazingly nice staff throughout. Particularly good and unbeatable location close to the Christmas markets. Very pleasant experience there.

my favourite property in toulouse. pleasant hotel in an excellent location, functional rooms. great breakfast with a huge variety of choice. public parking nearby provided. no charge for wake up service and ironing too. location just next door to the centre of toulouse, tourist sights and major attractions. also, close to bars and restaurants.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the room was clean and silent which was particularly surprising as the hotel is situated at a major street. The only thing that was nor above average was the size of the room (which I consider adequate in view of the price), but that does not matter if you use it just for sleeping. To conclude, this hotel offers a lot for the reasonable price.

Very friendly and efficient staff, clean modern rooms, comfortable bed, proximity to town centre by foot & metro and buses. Good breakfast buffet.

Helpful and friendly staff all around. the room was simple yet tidy, had its own bathroom and a comfy double bed. They even had smoke detectors for safety! 🌟.

Big room (designed for handicapped guests, so plenty of space), clean, comfortable bed. Walking distance from Place Wilson and central Toulouse. Friendly welcome. Breakfast OK although in a small room. Other guests seemed to be business people on a budget (like me).
Street noise even though I was at the back: must be even worse for rooms facing the boulevard. Hotel is functional and clean (and cheap) but has no special charm.
